The Purpose of the Flat Shoals Civic Alliance, Inc. (Also, shall be known as FSCA) is to promote the interests of residents, in particular to promote the general welfare of the residents, real property owners of Flat Shoals Civic Alliance.  Flat Shoals Civic Alliance is the area bounded South of I-285, North of I-20, East of Doless Creek and West of Alameda Trail.  The purposes will be accomplished through fostering sound and constructive progress in cooperation with local officials without regard to any political party affiliation; encouraging free and open discussion on all matters properly set before the alliance; and stimulating community service responsible citizenship.
